Natalí Sevillano

Her practice includes both litigious and non-litigious matters. She has a strong background in infringement and nullity of patents, utility models and industrial designs. In addition, she has managed a large portfolio of patent applications, providing legal advice from the first steps, before filing, to the granting of the patent. Moreover, she is also experienced in analyzing agreements, conducting due diligences and examining regulatory rules.
Natali has over 6 years of experience in IP. She worked at a top-level IP firm in Latinoamerica. Natali holds a Law Degree from Universidad Nacional de La Plata (Argentina), a Master´s degree in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property and New Technologies from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain) and has taken several courses before the WIPO and EPO. In addition, she is author of several publications covering topics such as the intersection of patents and artificial intelligence and the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on industrial property. Natali is fluent in Spanish and English.
