Ana Victoria Côrte

With more than 10 years of experience in IP, Ana Victoria specializes in handling large portfolios globally and regionally for many of the firm’s clients.
Ana has ample and multijurisdictional experience with all kinds of IP rights, and more specifically with trademarks, copyrights and designs. She coordinates contentious and administrative proceedings before Trademark Offices and Courts all over the world (including in particular opposition and cancellation actions) and also Customs and litigation matters globally, with particular focus on Latin America. Ana is also very well versed on WIPO procedures and WIPO-administered treaties.
In her daily work Ana helps clients with all sorts of legal opinions regarding the availability, use and enforcement of IP rights and advises on the negotiation and drafting of IP-related contracts and agreements.
Ana holds a Law Degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Caracas-Venezuela), and a Specialization in Intellectual Property from Universidad de Los Andes (Mérida-Venezuela). Ana is fluent in Spanish and English.
