We understand that combatting fakes can be frustrating, time consuming and quite costly for brand owners but we are convinced that it is an indispensable exercise to preserve the good name and reputation of the brands and of its products or services.

As part of our 360 strategies to fight counterfeiting, we maintain fluid contacts with all law enforcement branches, we operate at Customs level and provide trainings, we carry out investigations, coordinate raid actions and prosecute infringers on both a civil and criminal level.

We do what it´s necessary to get the results we need, and many times we manage to implement strategies that can be self-sustainable (with compensations coming in that pay for the costs of the actions undertaken).
