Blanca Martínez Carbajo

Her practice covers both prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and designs. She regularly advises clients on their protection and registration strategy and also assists in the enforcement of the client´s rights at a national, European and international level.
More specifically, she is focused on the management of global portfolios, worldwide clearance and registration procedures, use investigations, legal opinions and contentious proceedings such as oppositions and cancellation actions before the different Trademark Offices. She also has experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements. Blanca also assists clients with the clearance of rights in entertainment projects.
Blanca has over 8 years of experience in IP. She worked at one of the top-level IP firms globally as well as on another international firm with presence in Europe and Latin America. Blanca holds a Law Degree from Universidad Carlos III (Madrid), a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property, Competition Law and New Technologies, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos I (Madrid) and she is member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2013. Blanca is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
