After completing a master’s degree in Intellectual Property, Copyright Law, Competition, and New Technologies, as well as the master’s degree in law, Irene began her professional career at a renowned IP law firm, where she gained solid experience in trademark management and enforcement.

At Ellipse IP, she advises on trademark protection and management, handling proceedings before national and European Offices, as well as designing and providing guidance on strategies for the protection and defense of intangible assets. As a lawyer, she is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

Having lived in different countries from an early age, Irene is fluent in Spanish, French, and English, enabling her to effectively handle cases in international settings.
